Realtors Should Use Excellent Slogans or Tag Line

The Fourth Example of Institutional Information that I created, as a practicing residential Real Estate Selling Agent, and incorporated into my Advertising Messages that were promoted in various types of Advertising Media in order to consistently and very successfully generate real estate buyer leads as well as potentially real estate seller leads, mortgage purchase leads, and mortgage refinancing leads was to use Excellent Slogans.

Using an Excellent Slogan in Advertising Messages is a very successful way for real estate licensees and mortgage licensees to immediately and consistently enable consumers to recognize both who they are and what they do. A Slogan can be a 1) phrase, 2) description, or 3) designation. Examples are as follows;

The above Slogan Examples that I used to promote Scottsdale realestate firm and myself, in various Advertising Media throughout my real estate career are simply “short” Institutional Information advertising messages. Consistently using these types of messages can truly prove to be a very powerful, effective and successful Marketing Strategy that real estate licensees and mortgage licensee and their companies can use in order to generate 1) more leads, 2) excellent individual images, 3) excellent company images, as well as 4) a distinct Marketing Advantage over their competitors.
